Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

right to privacy

my company is a privety owned co. and is in the process of changing our time clock to a hand print reading one. I have nothing to hide, but feel uncomfortable with this knowing they will have my hand print. Do i have any legal rights to refuse this?

I am sorry you are in this situation, but you probably do not have any legal rights as to this issue. If I were you, I would find another job where you do not have to provide a hand print, or better yet, where you do not have to punch a time clock at all.
