Is there a general length of warranty for the gunite shell of a commercial swimming pool?

They vary all over the place, from one year to 50 (or "lifetime" which might be longer than 50 for a few clients). Five and six years are fairly typical, but the variation is extreme. Particular attention should be paid to factors and conditions that may void the warranty.
