Legal Question in Construction Law in California

Question on qualifing indiviual of contractor liscense. RME. Can an RME be the qualifier on two different liscense? Or what does it take to Allow the RME to do this? It says the RME has to work 32 hours at a firm to be bona find. So If he worked at both companys for week total of 64 hours could he qualify to be the RME for both?

I could give you a technical legal answer, but that won't do you much of any good if the CSLB disagrees and you wind up with two companies having questionable license status. You'd be much better off putting your question directly to the CSLB.
