Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

We bought a used car from a small dealer. We speak Spanish and do not fully understand the contract or what he was saying. he did not explain much and was just telling us to sign. He told us about a type of warranty that if the car breaks down, we only pay $100 and that pays the rest. he did not explain how much it cost . we were impressed by that and we signed it. What can we do if we do not want that because it cost us about $2,000 more on the debt. I think it's a fraud because he did not explain it well and we had a language barrier. it's been a week since we bought it. please hekp!!
