Chryler wrecked my car and tried to hide it

I had my car towed into chrysler for overheating

they had my car for three days and told me they were replacing the thermostat and flushing the radiator..When i came to pick up my car i then asked them why they never send me my extended warranty contract...They then looked it up in the computer and said they will call me and tell me when they would send it to me...When i gOt home i noticed some marks on the back...And damage to the front ...I tried calling them but they claim that they were closed in that area and i took it in to them the next day...To see ....They took a report and says they will call me...Three days later .It overheats again

...I requested for my car to be taken to a different location.....Not trusting the ones who wrecked my car

four days later they say they found nothing wrong with the car and says they drove it till it almost ran out of gas and if i came in and added more gas they can show me it won't over heat for them . When i came after work to pick up my car

When i reached the freeway 805..The car overheated and i was stranded. i midway jeep and they said they were closed and i would have to have it towed there in the morning
