Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Debtor Showing My Judgment is Satisfied-It is NOT

I got a judgment vs 2 debtors. One discharged the debt in BK. The other recently managed to show that my judgment was SATISFIED when it has not been, not even one cent. What can I do. PLEASE answer.

What do you mean "show" the judgment was satisfied. To whom? Is there some document showing the judgment satisfied?

It sounds like you have a money judgment. How much is it?

If there is no document showing the judgment satisfied, and the debtor just verbally convinced someone it was, then you might not need to do much. If that third person avoided your collection enforcement by relying on the debtor's representation that the judgment had been satisfied, then that third person may be liable to you.

In what way is it shown satisifed? The only way it is satisfied is through a filed satisfaction of judgment.
