Re: Direct TV

Generally the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) or the California Department of Consumer Affairs handle complaints of this nature. The FTC complaint link is at: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and the Department of Consumer Affairs complaint link is: http://www.dca.ca.gov/consumer/complaints.shtml.

You will need to give them all the details such as the terms of your contract, the price charged, the dates involved, the services promised and not provided, the exact ad(s) that were misleading, and any efforts to resolve this and DirecTV's response.

If you would like to see if my firm can help you, feel free to contact me with the above information and we can discuss this further.

Good luck!

Tom Mariello
