haveing prob with a finacual company

i bought a truck in decmber but and i gave some of my payments but now im like 3 payments behind cause of lost of employment and well they say that there going to report the car stollen cause they say that i dont qualify for that truck is that possable and what rights do i have

You did not steal the truck. But that does not mean criminal charges will not be brought against you. It really depends on how many contacts the finance company has with the political leadership in your city. The dealer has 10 days from the date of sale to notify you that you did not qualify for financing. If you turn the truck over now, the finance company will sue you for a deficiency. Sounds like you may want to file bankruptcy as soon as you get a job.
