Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Hi:

Douglas Door Repair Co. Inc. changed a part on my garage door that would normally last 5 to 10 years. The part failed at about 90 days. The part is guaranteed for 60 days.

Am I stuck? Do I have any remedies?
