Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

We live in Chino Hills, California and we rent Dodge caravan, 7 seater SUV, 2010 from Enterprise Car Rental last Friday. We paid extra charge for going out of state, Montana and road side assistance, full coverage insurance. We were at 15 mile inside from North enterance of Yellowstone park, Montana, one of the car tires busted from side on Monday evening. It happened in the park, no telephone signal to call road side assitance so we changed the flat tire with spare tire which is donut tire ourselves. On the way back to hotel at Gardiner, about 15 miles from where tire busted, there was smoking smell from donut tire. We called road side assistant on that evening. They refused to come because car is still drivable. We told them it is not safe to drive with donut tire on icy road. They still insisted that car is drivable. That time, local enterprise which is about 70 miles away from where we were, closed for the day, asked us to call local enterprise next morning. Tuesday morning, got contact with local enterprise and road side assistance again, this time they agreed to tow the car but we have to drive with tow car. They said that they will change the car tire at Livingston, 50 miles and could bring the car back right away. But Livingston didn't have car tire. Mechanics from Livingston car tire said the parking break was on. The last person drove the car was tow driver and he didn't remove the parking break. Both rear wheels were on the road while he towed the car. But the break was fine according the that machanic. They provided small seden to drive back from Livingston to Gardiner at 4pm on Tuesday. They kept the Dodge one night and asked us to pick up the car next morning. We have to extend our stay at Gardiner for that reason. Next morning, we drove the sedan and picked up Dodge caravan at 9am, car was not ready yet, we waited for another hour. The car was checked and changed tire at Dodge main dealer at Bozeman, 70miles away. We drove there and picked up the car, reloaded our family at Gardiner and headed back to Utah. Our plan is to visit Moab, Utah. After driving 70miles, on right rear tire had load boat like sound, it getting worse over time. Luckily, we are closed to Bozeman so we decided to get check at car dealer again. We called local enterprise first, they said car was checked, nothing could get wrong. But we went to that dealer and check with mechanics there and apparently car wheel stud has broken and they had to change whole wheel holder. I called the local enterprise at California, they refused to compensate for our loss, time, money and our vacation plan. We spent 2 days to fix their car and extend stay at hotel. Worse thing was our vacation was screwed. We decided to come home directly instead of going to Moab since car was not reliable. we arrived home on Thursday night, we just stayed one night at Salt Lake City, just to sleep.
