Legal Question

prize giveaway

I was awarded a prize in a drawing. A stereo system apparently worth about $33,000.However they are dragging there feet and after 6 months still nothing. The prize was supposed to be delivered in 8-10 weeks. I have e-mails telling me i am the confirmed winner etc. I just need someone with some legal muscle to force the issue.
