Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I purchased a used card, the clincher to my decision being the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty they sold with the car for an extra $1200. The test drive went well, but now that I've had it for a week, there are significant problems and the car doesn't even run. The warranty company says they do not cover this type of car, so now I have no warranty. What are my legal recourses if the dealer will not take back the car and refund my purchase?
