brought a used car in Oct 2010 , after 30 days no contract. Another 30 days was ask to ask my mother to cosigned she did. The car not is up to date. there was a 2500 down payment i paid 1200 so far, on the contract is said that 2500 was already paid. I had two death in two weeks in fell behind, can they take the truck

As a general rule, however, if you have not lived up to the terms of a contract (and it sounds as though there is now a written contract given that your mother co-signed), your vehicle is subject to repossession.
