Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I had a car repo around 12-13 years ago. My wadges were garnished for this matter around 3 years ago. Is it legal for them to continue to collect on this dept?

Yes because they have a judgment against you and the judgment is good for 10 years and can be renewed.
