Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

The case still got dismissed after I sent "motion for re-consideration" and disposition(email conversations between parties). Court Docu: needs substantial evidence or other disposition.

What should I do if I wnat to send more evidence? what's the title of docu: motion for ?? same court?

Thanks a lot,

You might file a motion for new trial based upon newly acquired evidence that you didn't have despite your diligence earlier. Or, you can file an appeal. Within 60 days of notice of entry of the judgment, you would have to file with the court a notice of appeal.
