Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

A collection agency was harrasing me and said they were going to start garnising my wages and they started to for a cc that i did not apply for years ago... so I filed a notice of excepton and financial statement form...what am i going to expect? I cannot afford a lawyer and i will represent myself.

Sounds like the case is over, and ypu lost. If the CC really was from years ago, you could have hired a lawyer, won the case, and had your attorney fees reimbursed.
