Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I need a copy of a confidential marriage license to serve with a bank levy proving that the husbands account can be levied because they're married. recorders office will not give me a copy because its confidential.

A copy of the marriage license isn't necessary. The only thing necessary is a declaration from you attesting that the husband is married to the debtor wife.
