Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I defaulted on a chapter 13, so it was dismissed. Chapter 13 included a vehicle, this default occured on jan 2009. Since then the vehicle is still in my house, I have contacted citifinancial auto, and they said that they sold all there business to santander. I call santander and they said that they have no knowledge of this vehicle. DMV says that the lien holder is citifinancial auto. What can I do

I'm a step out the door and would need a bit more info to answer fully (you can call me), but as a starting point, I would remove the vehicle from the house and put it in the garage, driveway, or curbside.
