can i get someone to fill my answer to a CC company summons?

Yes, send me the information and I can fill out an answer for you. Do you want to file a cross-complaint against them? If you do it at the same time, ti does not cost you any more money.

Unless you can get approval for a fee waiver beccause of low income, the court fee will be about $400, and I would charge you $350 for an answer and another $200.00 for a cross-complaint.
