Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Identity Theft & Summons from Collections

I have been served a summons for monies I do not owe.

Listed are my credit report are approx 6-10 items that do not belong to me.

2 Applied Credit Cards

2 Arrow Financil Services Collections

Another womens name

A second SSN that does not belong to me

Addresses that are not mine

ETC.

I have had to recently open a class action lawsuit against a credit repaor service that is responsible for my current situation regarding the summons and other frauds committed.

I would appreciate any helpful suggestions one can offer. I am just about reached my limitations in having the energy to keep fighting to keep my head above water.

My mother died in 2001 because of malpratice. A month after her death I was diagnoised with breast and had chemo radiation. Feb 2002 my grandmother died. 2004 thru 2005 my family and I found outselves fighting for our estate because two gentilmen wanted to keep hold of a gas station my grandfather built in 1901. Its now been declared historical monument which my family was already making plans for. This turned out to be costly in attorney fees which I would also like to have returned to me.

I would appreciate any advice that can be provided. These past 6 years have been costly.
