Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Pay Day Loan

I got involved in on line payday loans and got in over my head in hard financial times. One of the loans required I pay the loan in full. I told them I could not pay it in full but could make partial payments they refused the partial payments stating they have to have payment in full - they are now wanting to garnish my wages. Can they do this since I offered to make payments????

Re: Pay Day Loan

Payday loans are one of the worst loans anyone could ever apply for period. Unfortunately, the agreement that you signed will dictate their collection rights and/or your obligations therein, if the agreement is legally enforceable. You should have an attorney look over the agreement you endorsed and advise you of your rights thereafter. If you would like prompt, affordable legal assistance in this unfortunate matter, contact us today for a free phone consultation.
