Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
We are a Property Owners Association in California. Not-For- Profit Mutual Benefit. We have members who are delinquent in fees/fines. What is the procedure to get a Judgment (preferably them to sign their deed back to us for their share)?

You should have CC&Rs; that tell you what to do. You should be able to record a lien and foreclose on it if they don't pay up.
