Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Received a letter Case Management Statement. In regards to voluntary return of my RV.

Presently the motor home located in a towing yard were it has been for +/- two months.

Lean Holder sent a recovery company to repo, however while there recovery company only took

pictures and did not take pocession of the vehicale. Last payment was Nov 2009, it been over a year.

Note Holder has been sent ceritfied letters as to location and voluntary collection. I am presently in

bankruptcy Chapter 7. Lean Holder is also filed action for breach of contract.

If you are in bankruptcy (presumably the automatic stay is in effect) and you get any collection letters, lawsuit papers, or phone calls, talk to the attorney who is handling your bankruptcy about filing a motion for damages for violation of the stay. Other than that I don't understand your question.
