Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

If you are suing some one to recover money that you loaned them,, and they have the judgment against them, and they don't pay, can they lose their drivers license ?

No! Not for a judgment against them for money lowed. Only the government can impose that kind of penalty upon someone.
