If you accepted a plea bargain and were placed on probation, then you have ALREADY been found guilty.

In a plea bargain, you enter a plea of no contest or guilty to certain charges. The District Attorney may agree to dismiss other charges; there may also be an agreed sentence. In your case, the DA apparently agreed to probation.

If you violate probation, the judge can impose a sentence up to the maximum for the charge that got you on probation in the first place.
