Adult daughter

How can I find out what happened at my daughter's arainment? She is not in contact with us. We found out that was going to criminal court in El Dorado Cnty by looking at crime index on computer. She had a court date of 9/17/08 for an arainment of embezzelment charge

Is she in CALIFORNIA or FLORIDA? If in Florida, call the state attorney's office in the county where the charges were brought and see if they will tell you. They do not have to provide any information beyond what is in the public record.
