Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Hello and thank you in advance for any help/information you can provide me. here is the situation:

My daughter has gotten herself into some trouble. She had 3 cases in Orange county in 2008 ranging from petty theft to possession of paraphenalia. She received community service for one, time served for the other and prop. 36. She never did the service time or prop 36. She then got into trouble in Los Angeles for fraud charges and was arrested there. after doing 30 days there, they transferred her back to O.C. for a warrant where she did 30 days for the community service violation. They charged her with 4 more felonies for fraud and she received 4 months. She got out two months ago and got in trouble stealing from Costco in Long Beach. She received 16 months. here is my question: It shows in orange county for the case that she did 4 months a warrant just put on her name. It states the reason is for booking only. What does that mean and how can i go about getting the Prop case in OrangeCounty to run concurrent with the long beach case so that when she gets out, she does not have to go back in for that case. Thank you for you help.

Your daughter needs an attorney. I am from Northern California and I am not familiar with Los Angles County or Orange County. However, do not attempt to do this on your own, you need an attorney who knows the ins and outs of the way the system works down there.

As to the warrant in Orange County that just reads for booking, I would either call the bails bonds office you used to arrange for her bail and ask them to run the warrant and find out about it or if you had an attorney assist you with the matter I would call the attorney's office and let them find out what the situation is. Since she already served time, it does not make sense that it is for booking purposes only. However, that may be what the computer default is and there might be something else going on. Do not let it go. Check on it and find out what it is and then take care of it. I suggest you hire an attorney to assist you with this because it can be a nightmare to find out how to make one counties system and another counties system work together. Good Luck
