Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arrested for traffic warrants and brought to the station were I was fingerprinted and strip searched. I was then sent to my cell to await court in the morning. Morning comes we are lined up and given our shoes a d loaded intoi

van and driven to court. Arriving at court the sheriff has us face the walll after removing our shoes and socks. We are then given lunches and put in holding sell. Twenty mins later they call my name and tell me to get in van going back to where I came from. When I asked why we were going back i was told that I knew why. So we get back to station and everybody is hostile toward me acting like I was never getti g out of there. Finally im told that I had hidden a bag of meth in my shoe. After stating that it wasn't mine only made officers more irate. I was stripped searched the night before and had my shoes taken. So after an hour or so of the officers talking back and forth im sent back to cell. Two or so hours pass and im being told that

they are citing me out. So after a day in jail im giving new court dates and never go to see judge. The information on my tickets is completely different from original arrest. I dont use drugs and have no criminal history. Im in my forties and dont understand how they all of a audden found drugs in my shoes. What should
