Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am looking for an attorney who specializes in Parole Hearings. My boyfriend just got Prop 36 and should be released, but he still has a Parole Hold. I need to find to find a lawyer willing to speak on his behalf and or before the hearing to make sure he is able to get out as soon as possible.

Your question does not make sense. Proposition 36 refers to an initiative statute that allows defendants convicted of non violent drug crimes to receive treatment from a drug treatment program instead of going to jail or prison.

Parole refers to a person getting out of prison, after having served a sentence for committing a crime.
