Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i missed a court date for dej. two days before that i picked up a felony which was droped to misdamenor a few days later when I went to court on it. but before that changed my judge from my missed court issued a 50,000 bench warrent for my arrest. due to a feloney charge. my whole record is one dui two points from legal limit. One under the influence charge one petty theft. I was released on supervised OR from this. I tested dirty 3times on that they terminated my dej remanded me at my next court appearance. issued bail at 50,000 again(different judge now that im out of supervised or) Gave me a In custody prop 36 assesment to complete and show at next court date. I got out on bail 1 1/2 weeks prior to this court date. wasnt able to complete assesment because gateway said they needed a referal from my probation officer which I only have had the informal court one and my supervised OR one.will i be remaned

I don't know where you are or what kind of cases you have, but I want to make one observation. They may call you "dirty" because you have trace amounts of this or that substance in your urine, but this is their word. You are not "dirty" as a human being. You make a difference in this world, and I hate to hear you describe yourself that way.
