Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My boyfriend is 18 and I am 16 (will be 17 in April), we are 1 year and 8 months apart, and have been together for 2 years and 4 months. He has recently moved in with me and my uncle (uncles not my legal guardian). We are expecting to have a visit from CPS for other reasons and are pretty terrified about the outcome of that. If they were to go through our house\cellphones they would find birth control, letters, pictures, and other things proving that we have sex. We live in Southern Ca. I need to know what's going to happen, if there's anything to prevent us getting in trouble ( like being together before he was 18), and anything else that would help.
