Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was cited for a urination in public. the officer didn't not physically see me in the act (even though i didnt), he wrote me a ticket. i plan on fighting this since there is no tangle evidence proving i did. i pleaded not guilty and would like to know how to futher back my argument.

There is no need for "tangible evidence". Testimony that links you to the offense is enough. You will be able to attack the evidence that is offered in court, but the absence of this particular type of evidence won't be very helpful to you.
