Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i have to complete 15 days of caltrans for court and till my court date i be able to finish only 12 days of it and i never had extension before, i was wondering if i get an extension and if that would be consider as of violation of my probation or not ?

No. Have an attorney or a public defender help you with the request for an extension. If the court grants you an extension to complete community service, you will not be found in violation of probation.
