county time and state time sentence under b109 state prision time under 3 yeaers you serve it in county jail rarther then go to state penn
which half time if county is what you will serve will you have to do full sentence
if you are doing state prision time in the county jail but your not sentenced under the county

I'm not sure I understand your question but you will do the same amount of time whether you do your time in a state prison or a county jail.
