I WENT INTO CVS PHARMACY TO PURCHASE A $ 300.00 RELOAD CARD FOR A PREPAID CREDIT CARD, TO PAY SOME BILLS. THE CLERK AND MANAGER SAID THAT $100.00 OF THE MONEY WAS COUNTERFEIT AND CALLED THE POLICE. THE POLICE CAME OUT AND ARRESTED ME FOR

460(b) PC and US Title 18. I TOLD THEM THAT I AM A + CERTIFIED IT TECH AND FIX COMPUTERS. I HAD FIXED A MANS COMPUTER THE WEEK BEFORE I MEET AT A MOTEL, I WAS STAYING AT AND I FIXED AND UPGRADED HIS COMPUTER AND THAT HAD TO BE WHERE I GOT THE MONEY FROM. I ALREADY HAVE A COMMERICIAL BURGLARY ON MY RECORD FROM 5 YEARS AGO. WHAT DO I DO NOW??

You get a lawyer to help you. Trying to spend counterfeit money is only a crime if the person knew it was counterfeit. The authorities evidently believe that you knew what you were doing.

The charges against you are quite serious. You need to get a good lawyer right away.
