Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Discrimanation against our family

My family was humileated in court today by the judge. He not only lied to the public, he was extremely discrimatory against us. Three people accused. 2 were arrested for residential burgerly..each one given a)15,000 bail, b)115,000 bail, and our son was given 10 million dollar bail. My son only made a phone call after one of these felons wanting to know if anyone wanted to buy a gun. He did nothing else. Iwant to file a complaint about this judge how do we go about it.

While I cannot judge the judge as to whether he acted appropriately, if you really feel strongly about pursuing a complaint against him, you can contact the California State Bar in Sacramento. They will tell you what you would need to do.

That your son was hit with a much higher bail amount than the others does not mean he was treated unfairly. Do you know why the court treated him differently? The bail you describe might be appropriate if he has a substantial criminal history and if his co-defendants don't, or if there is some other reason to believe he poses more of a threat to society than do the others. The limited facts you have provided give us no way to say whether the judge acted improperly.
