Drug Charges

What is the possible outcome of these charges? - possesion of controlled substance, under the influence of controlled substance, and under 28.5 grams of marijuana. Noting this is a first time offense and also having a good kid background and about to leave for college in a couple of months. I was getting a ride home and i had a pill and a half on me and a small amount of marijuana. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Good news!! Based upon these charges, and the lack of a prior record, you are eligible for PC1000 diversion,, take classes for six months, stay clean for two years and the whole thing gets dismissed,,,the major setback is that you have to plead guilty to the charges, and if you blow the diversion,,you go to Prop 36 (PC 1210) which is more restrictive, blow that and you go to jail,,,,,,good luck,, if you have more questions feel free to email me,,,,,,,,pdm
