Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Female strip searched by two male officers

I was arrested after calling police for a civil standbye. Three male officers harrassed me for 2 hrs. Then two of them took me to the sub station where I was strip searched by both of them, with the door open for everyone to see. I was humiliated they made me squat down and cough while they were smelling me g string underwear. The harrassment continued and when there shift was over the officer told me''I'm sorry you werent the one I was suppose to arrest it was the red head''(meaning my sister in law). After I was bailed out I was told to get a copy of the videotape of my search. When I went and requested a copy, they laughed and said they dont have cameras. This is a city population of 400,000 people or more. Can you please tell me what I can do? Where do I go? I want to file a complaint against the officers and the city. Please help. Thank you
