fessing up!

if my co-defendant is my wife and drugs were found on her including cash and tally sheets , in a bag that was suppose to be her make up bag. I myself had my own bag with weed her bag consisted of 87 grams of meth,. I step-up and say they were both mind but truthfully it was hers and mind was the weed.right before jury trial she decides to do whats right and claim hers . what can happen?

Regardless who confesses to what, chances are high that the jury will believe that both of you were part of the same single effort to sell drugs which included the weed found on you and the meth found on her. Part of the reason is that you are husband and wife and, it seems, both of you knew about all the drugs.
