If i am flying international and i have a past probation sentence that is over now will i have a problem going through customs with my passport?

It depends on a number of factors, including your conviction and whether you are a US citizen.

For instance, Canada is very strict about DUI convictions. If you are convicted of DUI, Canada, will require you to submit documents to prove you have been rehabilitated. You need to do this months before you travel, or you may be stuck waiting at the airport or the border.

If you are not a US citizen, your conviction may also have made you inadmissible. That means you might not be allowed back into the country if you leave.

You should check with the embassy of any country you plan on visiting. If you are not a US citizen , you should also check with an immigration attorney before you travel abroad.
