My husband is currently incarcerated for asaulting me in the presence of our son he plead guilty 2 child endagerment n other stuff he has sentencing soon what are the chances he will be released??

There is no way to give any sort of meaningful answer based on the information in your question. What happens at sentencing depends on the exact charges, the circumstances of the crime, whether he has other convictions and many other factors.

Child endangerment under Penal Code 273a can be charged as a felony, which could send him to prison for up to six years, or as a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum of a year in jail. The "other stuff" could add time, too.

Even your husband's lawyer won't be sure what will happen unless your husband took a deal that specified exactly how much time he will get. However, his lawyer is in a much better position to answer your question than someone who knows nothing about the case.
