You may be able to get the warrant recalled and get additional time to complete what you were supposed to do, but it depends on the facts of your case, whether you had prior extensions, etc.. Apparently, the judge has issued a no bail warrant, so if you get picked up, you cannot post bail and will sit in jail until you see the judge.
