if a jury saw a prejedicial video of the defendant in a visit arguing with a girlfriend and he is in his jail uniform what case log is that? what motion to have that deemed prejudicial

Most evidence presented to jury by the prosecutor is harmful or detrimental (prejudicial) to the defendant. Otherwise, no one would ever be convicted. If it would unfairly bias the jury against a defendant, the defendant should have objected to its admissibility. The judge would then rule on its admissibility.
