Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Kern County Police Department...

There are so many ways they were wrong in this particular incident, I dont even know where to start... What was implied to be a ''routine traffic stop'' was more like catching one of Kerns most wanted, then to put the guy in isolation for 5 hours (but not even at the jail), claim to have obtained search warrant for his home, (he was in pocession of less than a quarter gram of meth), and seized his vehicle, threatened him with loss of property, killing his dogs, and his girlfriend taking the fall if he didnt agree to give up names, and control buy for them. He refused and told them he was waiting for his attorney. Long story short... I (the girlfriend) was in custody for over 48 hours, $32,500.00 bail for a few felonys, when all that was found at the house was less than a tenth of a gram and it wasnt even in the same room with me, they didnt take me to court, but let me sit in shackels for 8 hours as if i was going to court just to release me in the middle of the night, handing me a paper stating I ''was NOT arrested, but simply detained'' There is alot more but im running out of space here...lol

Anything sound out of the norm or is it just me?

If I were you, I'd find a boyfriend who doesn't do meth.
