Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

How does a neighbor file a disturbance of the peace? Do the police come to the home to take the report? Then how does the accused recieve it? In person or in the mail?

You can make the report by phone or by going down to the police station. Most likely the police will then go interview the neighbor.
