Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Noncompliance w/ pc1000 course

I was ordered to complete an 18 week drug program (PC 1000). I was kicked out once, and the judge gave me my second & ''last chance.'' I again failed to complete the program. I have to go to court on the 7th. What are they going to do with me? is there anything i can do b4 my court date to avoid serving time? do i need to get a lawyer? If so, what do i do if i can't afford one?

Re: Noncompliance w/ pc1000 course

The action taken by the court will depend upon several factors. First the particular judicial district, and the particular judge; Second why you failed the first time; Third why you failed the second time; and Fourth can you give the court a reason to feel some confidence that you will succed this time.
