Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Can I press charges against a Mother &Minor for abusing my 7yr old

Hello,

I need to know our rights and what to do.My daughter has been physically and mentally abused by our nieghbor and her son. I have been keeping a journal for 2 1/2 yrs of all the horrible things this family has done to our family.

Theft, False Accusations made in public against my daughter resulting in Isolation from her classmates.Continuously lying about serious matter. Hitting my daughter on a weekly basis. The Mother of this child has played a big part in all of this and refuses to face the serous issues that have affected my daughter and our family.

Is there anything I can do ?

I have talked with the school but I am not getting any immediate result to make it stop. Since the Mother was caught helping her son plan and lie about my daughter, Can I hold her responsible.

My daughter shows signs of mental abuse, she is begining to wear down from years of this. I want to know if I can hold them accountable for what they have done, They have never apologized even after proving time after time that my daughter or anyone in my family have done nothing but try to understand why, and how we can help to stop this. All in All the Mom just does not care, I want her to be held accountable for her actions as well as her 7 yr son.

You have grounds for a civil suit. Call me directly at 16192223504. However the statute of limitations may prevent recovery for acts greater than two years old. Act quickly.
