Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I got a problem with my uncle. I financed a car under his name a year and a half before, because in the meantime, I didn't have a Social Security number. I asked my uncle to help. He agreed, but under 1 condition, which is I had to transfer the car under my name as soon as I get my Social Security Number. We went to a dealer and asked, if I could transfer the car under my name, after I get my SSN, a sales guy told us "as soon as I get my SNN, he would help to transfer". 2 months later I got my SSN, and asked to transfer, but the dealer asked to put $2000 for down payment, because I hadn't have enough score. A while later, I brought $2000 for down payment, but the dealer told me to bring $4000 in order to transfer. I told them that I couldn't afford that much money. Sine then, there was an endless argument between my uncle and I. We've been in argument until now. Yesterday, he called me that he wanted to see me, but he drove my car and kicked me out, because it was his car, even though, I was paying all monthly payment. He also said that I was a thief, and deceived him. I'm an international student, but he told me that he was going to file a report to Immigration, and Police. What should I do?
