Prostitution & felony of narcotics

This is a first time offence and i am 54 yrs old. I am a porn star escort but was entrapped and did not take money or have a sexual act. But did discuss the fee. And while handcuffed they found a small bag of Meth in my wallet.I was released after 2 days in jail on OR. What kind of sentence should i expect? And do i have any hope of getting my money back. It left me penniless.

A likely result for a first offense and depending on the amount of narcotics seized would be probation and diversion or enrollment in a drug treatment plan. A diversion is where you plead guilty but after you complete a drug program or the terms of your probation, the conviction is dismissed. This is better than an expungement.

If you cannot afford an attorney, the public defender will be appointed to you. However, for best results, I recommend you try to hire private counsel.
