Hi I'm a recemt graduate from the south bay drug court program I wanted to ask I have my fourth waiver back my fiance got pulled over and he had a copy of his court docunent that states as such that he has successfully graduated the drug court program he told them no that they could not seach the vehicale yhey said that me and him were still on probation and that we were still in drug court so the cops started to search the vehicale si rhey f ound a small baggy on me

If your probation was not terminated at the time of your graduation, you may still be on probation and the search may be legal. You need to speak to your lawyer as soon as possible..
